Microsoft relaunched their MSN Live Search or Live Search or whatever they used to call it to Bing.com. Also they have changed the way they work as a search engine, so you get different results now. Never the less Google, is still the market leader in search with a very large margin.

Advertising on search engines is referred to as Search Engine Marketing (SEM) while organic Search Engine Optimization (SEO) refers to the work involved in getting websites to rank higher on the editorial search results also known as "the left side".
